Johnny I am having that issue for over 500 domains. One has been like that for about 4-5 months and the others should have closed today. Should I open up a new ticket separate from this.

Saurav Bir: I can´t remember, sorry. But looking at the date when I first posted the issue and when I posted that it got fixed there are about 3 months in between... maybe that helps!?

This is a known bug that affects names whose REGISTER or REDEEM transactions haven't been sent yet.
We've been working on this bug for about a month now and it should be resolved very soon (within a week!)

Mark Rogers: Hey Mark, turns out there were 2 separate issues that were causing the "error contact support" bug. The aforementioned ones has actually already been entirely resolved so and as you mentioned, the remaining issue is due to a duplicate bidding bug we had a while back.
Like before, we'll be resolving these duplicate bid issues in one large batch which might take a while. Once resolved, you'll receive your HNS back and the error message will go away. If your duplicate bid was a winning bid, then you'll receive the difference between your winning bid and what would've otherwise have been the 2nd highest bid (if not for your duplicate bid), along with your won name.
